The Co-op is so excited to bring Cold Brew Nitro Coffee and Mate from local producer N2 Brews to our taps in EUREKA, that we’re having two days full of samples and specials to celebrate! Please join us on Wednesday, May 2 and Friday, May 11 for:

• All day sales for 8-ounce and 16-ounce pours

N2 Brews uses nitrogen rather than carbon dioxide to infuse their cold brew coffee and tea. The nitrogen opens subtle notes of exquisitely roasted beans and teas, adding a creamy texture and preventing our beverages from oxidizing. This allows a fresh pour, every time.

Nitrogen bubbles are smaller than carbon dioxide, delivering caffeine faster to your body. Since it’s cold brew, it’s less acidic, and creates the perfect pick-me-up for any time of the day.

Our Cold Brew Nitro Coffee comes from N2 Brews, a local company that uses nitrogen to infuse fresh, locally roasted organic fair-trade beans from Old Town Coffee and Chocolates in Eureka. The result is a creamy texture that delivers caffeine faster to your body. Since it’s cold brew, it’s less acidic, and creates the perfect pick-me-up for any time of the day.

About Cold Crew Nitro Mate:

Our Cold Brew Nitro Mate comes from N2 Brews, a local company that uses nitrogen to infuse organic yerba mate from ECOTEAS. Yerba mate is a caffeinated tea similar to green tea, though it has a satisfying richness that some say green tea lacks. Yerba mate is less acidic and oily than coffee, and creates a smooth satisfaction  comparable to a latte when on nitro.
