The Co-op invites 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, local nonprofit organizations and federally recognized tribal governments to apply for its Seeds for Change Round-up Program.

Seeds for Change is a community giving opportunity that allows Co-op owners and customers to round up their Co-op purchases to the nearest dollar with those extra cents given directly to local organizations working to better our community. Each month, a different owner-selected recipient will receive the roundups collected in the store that month. This program is a simple but powerful way for the Co-op to engage its owners and shoppers in fulfilling the international cooperative principle of caring for the community. 2027 will mark the program’s eighth year and as of July 2026, the program has contributed over $672,000 to our community!

Applications to participate in this program in 2027 are available now through September 30. All qualified applicants will be put on a list for an owner vote. The top ten organizations selected by the Co-op’s ownership will be announced in early December
