Alex shared that the Gateway Plan has been fully adopted. She encouraged the Co-op to consider development options for the vacant parking lot, such as building housing above parking. She emphasized thinking long-term about community benefit and mixed-use development.

The committee reviewed and supported the Fiscal Year 2027 budget.

Store Improvements: The Arcata store’s public bathroom has been updated.
