Keeping your contact information current with the Co-op helps us keep your ownership active and make sure you receive important communications. Accurate records allow us to send annual ownership statements, voting guides and ballots, patronage refund notices, and other information related to your ownership.
To update your information, please visit the Customer Service desk and ask for the appropriate owner services form.
Ownership services include:
- Updating your name, mailing address, phone number, or email address
- Adding, removing, or changing a household shopper
- Requesting withdrawal of shares or closing an ownership account
- Obtaining a replacement ownership card
For the security of each ownership account, only the owner may authorize changes. Household shoppers are not permitted to make ownership changes on the owner’s behalf.
