What is the Cooperative Community Fund?

The Cooperative Community Fund (CCF) has helped strengthen our community since 1990 by supporting local organizations, food security, nutrition education, and sustainability projects throughout Humboldt County. Created by owners of North Coast Co-op, the fund has awarded more than $700,000 in grants to community programs and nonprofits.
The Co-op Community Fund is a strong example of Cooperative Principle #7, Concern for Community. By investing in projects that improve the wellbeing of local residents and support a healthier, more connected future. Through community giving and cooperative values, the fund continues to make a positive and lasting impact across Humboldt County.
