Co-op Calendar 

We begin our flavorful adventure with Kefta Stuffed Msemmen: a Beef, Onion, Garlic, and Herb stuffed Flatbread served with a spicy Tomato dipping sauce. For our Entrée: Spiced slow cooked Beef Tajine stewed with Honey, Figs, Vegetables, Garlic, Fresh Herbs and Almonds served over Citrus and Scallion Couscous. We end the night with Coconut and Orange Cake with an Orange Custard Sauce and Fresh Fruit.
