May is Bike Month Humboldt! Fuel up on hot coffee or tea and nutritious snacks on your way to school, work or home. Don't forget to get a bicycle safety check from Adventure's Edge or a 5-minute chair massage from Loving Hands Institute. 

Bicycling is an excellent form of recreation and a great choice for commuting. It reduces oil dependence and air and noise pollution. It's also great for your health!
