Black Bean Brownies

These brownies are equal parts healthy as they are yummy, and are conveniently made in your blender!
Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed very well
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ cup quick oats
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup to ⅔ cup chocolate chips (save a few to sprinkle on top)
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine all ingredients except chips in a good food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

Stir in the chips and then pour into a greased 8x8 pan.

Bake 15-18 minutes and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
