Strawberry Tomato Salsa Course: Appetizers, Snacks
Diet: Vegan, Dairy Free, Paleo, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free


  • 1 cup hulled and diced strawberries
  • 1 cup yellow tomatoes, cut in half or quarters, depending on desired size
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
  • Juice and zest of one lime
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Combine diced strawberries, tomatoes, onions and cilantro in medium glass bowl. 

  2. Zest and juice one lime into the bowl. 

  3. Add salt and pepper to your liking. 

  4. Set aside to marry flavors, up to 24 hours before serving.
