Local Cooperation

The Co-op has moved away from offering magazines and is instead expanding into a wider variety of lasting pieces like BOOKS! We have a partnership with Eureka Books, a great local vendor in Old Town Eureka, near our Eureka store location. 

Partnering with a local vendor to supply the Co-op with books has a lot of perks: 

• Selections are specifically curated by our knowledgeable literary community

• Eliminating waste from dealing with stacks of outdated unsold issues of magazines

• Reducing our carbon footprint by eliminating regular shipments (books are just carted over to our Eureka store or a short drive to our Arcata store!)

• Directly supporting our community

• Books have everlasting value that is shareable!
