Well, that was a fun month! Sampling 16 different cheeses, from all different regions. And the cheese that won over everyone's heart and took the win is Prairie Breeze!
A note from one of our Cheese Department Heads:
"Honestly this cheese deserves to win, the maker (Milton Creamery out of Iowa) use milk from their Amish and Mennonite neighbors to produce this cheese with love and care. In my opinion it’s one of the tastiest examples of “slow food” food that we have to offer. And now that the votes are in, it looks like you all agree."
