50th Anniversary Celebration Update

We have an important update to share about our upcoming 50th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, August 20. As we continue to plan this landmark event, we have made a key change to ensure it's a true celebration of our community and the Co-op's deep roots within it.

Instead of holding our celebration at the Arcata Community Center, we are excited to announce that we will be taking the party to the streets—specifically, right in front of our Arcata store! The event will now be a lively street party on I Street. We believe that this change will allow us to create an even more festive atmosphere as we celebrate half a century together.

The street party will be filled with live music, delicious food, vendor booths providing samples, prize giveaways, and much more. What's more, we're opening the celebration to everyone! Whether you're a long-time Co-op member or a local community enthusiast, come and join us as we commemorate this momentous occasion together. This is not just our anniversary—it's a celebration of everyone who has been a part of our journey. We can't wait to see you there!

• A side note, we are still eagerly asking for your precious memories and photos involving the Co-op. These can be anything from a memorable interaction in our aisles, to your favorite bakery treat, or photos of you and your loved ones at our store. You can share these memories by:
