Cooperative Community Fund (CCF) Grant Committee
The Co-ops Cooperative Community Fund (CCF) was started in 1999 and has since granted $456,801 to support groups working to improve the community. Over the last 20+ years there have been different iterations of how and who helps decide how to donate funds from CCF. We want to ensure that the original intentions remain strong; that members and donors feel proud and effective in administering CCF Funds. This is why applications are now available for any member to volunteer on the CCF Grant Committee.
CCF Grant Committee
The CCF Grant Committee is responsible for the annual CCF grant process, including reviewing grant applications and recommending to the Board how funds should be dispersed that year. The committee is composed of up to 15 North Coast Co-op members in good standing.
How to Join the Committee
Each year Co-op members can apply to volunteer on the CCF Granting Committee. Members must fill out an application that includes a Confidentiality Statement and Conflict of Interest Statement. Applications will be reviewed by staff. The Co-op reserves the right to deny a member participation if they deem the member not a good fit for the committee. If more than 15 applications are received, there will be a lottery to determine who serves on the committee that year.
Apply to Volunteer on the CCF Grant Committee. Applications are due by February 26, 2021.
