2nd Annual WAY Days Celebration
North Coast Co-op's second annual W.A.Y. (We Appreciate You) Days celebration commences this week, Wednesday, March 3rd through Friday, March 5th!
North Coast Co-op's second annual W.A.Y. (We Appreciate You) Days celebration commences this week, Wednesday, March 3rd through Friday, March 5th. W.A.Y. Days is an annual event celebrating all Co-op employees. This year, COVID-19 does put a bit of a damper on the social aspect of any celebration, but that doesn't mean we can't still do something fun.
Here are some of the plans we have for our employees:
• Longer Breaks - All paid 15 minutes breaks will be extended to 20 minutes for the duration of W.A.Y. days.
• Food & Drink - There will be some delicious goodies available throughout the celebration, including a free lunch from Los Giles Taqueria.
• Daily Raffle - We will be raffling off several great prizes on each day of the celebration.
• Swag Bag Giveaway - Prize grab bags from our prize selection donated by vendors.
We encourage all members and shoppers to participate by leaving an appreciation comment at Customer Service that we will display on our Employee Appreciation Board at the front of our store. You can also show your appreciation by sharing a favorite memory or just a simple “hello” or “thank you”. We look forward to celebrating our employees and hope you will join us!
