Annual Statement & Election Guide Combined
This year, Annual Statements and the Election Guide are being combined into one mailed publication. In the past, these were mailed separately, but this year members will receive everything together. Inside, members will find a personalized annual statement showing their share investment balance and patronage for the most recent fiscal year. The remainder of the publication includes a letter from the General Manager, candidate statements for this year’s election, voting guidelines, and an official ballot.
Together, these materials illustrate two important Cooperative Principles in action: Members’ Economic Participation and Democratic Member Control. Both are important pillars of what it means to be part of the Co-op.
Mail delivery is expected to begin Friday, September 26, the first day of the election period. Voting runs from September 26 through Wednesday, October 22. Members can vote online at northcoast.coop/vote, return their paper ballot by mail, or submit their ballot at a voting station at either Co-op location. The full Election Guide will also be posted at northcoast.coop/electionguide.
