Five Delicious Dry Barbeque Rubs

Rebekah Staub, Marketing Communications Specialist

Dry rubs are a quick and easy way to add flavor to all the provisions you plan on barbequing this summer. Unlike marinades, which require soaking overnight, rubs can be applied just before cooking or up to several hours ahead. And, by taking advantage of our Bulk Departments which are home to hundreds of spices that you can buy in any amount you like, these homemade rubs are easy on the wallet.

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Rub mix over the veggies or protein of your choice at least 10 minutes and up to several hours before cooking on an oiled barbeque.
