Coinciding with the launch of our new online ordering system, we have a few exciting new additions to our prepared foods menu!

Hot Pizza

Both our store locations now offer hot pizzas made to order. Choose from our specialty pizzas or build your own  custom pizza. Individual pizza slices coming soon. (Custom pizza currently only available at our Eureka location and coming soon to Arcata) 

 Custom Salads

If you have been missing our salads —the wait is over! Choose from our wide selection of bases, veggies, proteins, dairy options and dressings to build your perfect salad. Available in small, large and family size.

Sandwich Combos 

What’s better than a Co-op custom sandwich? A Co-op custom sandwich with a drink and side salad! We now offer two different combos to go with our custom sandwiches that include a side salad and your choice of 8-ounce Deli beverage. Make it a Loaded Combo and add your choice of  a large cookie.
