Since its inception in 2019, the Seeds for Change round-up program has donated over $346,000 to local non-profit organizations. Seeds for Change allows Co-op members and customers to round up their Co-op purchases to the nearest dollar, with those extra cents going directly to local organizations that work to better our community. Each month, a different recipient benefits from the roundups collected in the store. This program is a simple yet powerful way for the Co-op to engage its members and shoppers, embodying the international cooperative principle of caring for the community. Applications to participate in the program become available annually
in September.
